David Ray Griffin, Ph.D.

David Griffin is a professor in the school of Theology at Claremont, and one of the principal scholars of Whitehead. He is the author of several books, including God and Religion in the Postmodern World, and the editor of The Reenchantment of Science, which have placed him at the forefront of constructive postmodernism. His most recent book is Unsnarling the World-Knot: Consciousness, Freedom , and the Mind-Body Problem. Forthcoming in 2000 are Religion & Scientific Naturalism: Overcoming the Conflicts, which concludes with a chapter on "Creation and Evolution," and A Process Philosophy of Religion, which contains a briefer version.
